Support Groups

Support groups are spaces where you can explore your concerns with a larger group of people who are experiencing similar concerns in their lives. Support group is not therapy, but a space to find other people with similar life experiences. Groups are often led by a facilitator who might or might not be a mental health practitioner. Some groups might be closed – not allow participants beyond the initial intake and others might be open – where one can sign up to be a part of the group at any date/time they wish to.

The functioning of the support groups shifts according to the organisers, timeline, participation and slot availability. We will keep updating this page as well as our social media with groups as we come across them. Keep watching this space!
